CCP Process and requirements

You must meet the following requirements in order to qualify for the CCP funding
- Singapore registered organisation
- Able to commit to CCP training arrangement
- Offer full time employment directly related to CCP role with a minimum salary of S$2.3k and above
- Provide a structured on-job-training (OJT) and mentor to guide the new hire
Employees/Individuals:
- Singaporeans and PR ages 21 and above
- At least 2 yearsof full time working experience, completed their graduation or NS
- Candidates who qualify will be assessed to ensure they meet the career conversion criteria
- Employees will undergo job role conversion and must not possess relevant CCP role experience and skills
- Subject to course entry requirements based on different job roles
- Individuals will have to join a participating company to onboard the programme

FAQs
You must meet the following requirements in order to qualify for the CCP funding
a. Singapore registered organisation
b. Must enter a Letter of Undertaking (LOU) agreement with Lithan
c. Provide a Qualified Mentor* to monitor and guide the new hire
i. A qualified mentor can be a Direct Supervisor or Colleague who possesses the necessary qualification and is a practitioner in the field the employee is placed in
d. Companies that qualify for the funding will undergo assessment from both Lithan Academy and Workforce Singapore (WSG).
You are eligible for the funding if you are/have:
a. Singaporean and/or Singaporean PR
b. At least 2 years of full time working experience
c. New to the profession (not possess any prior skills/experience to the new job role)
d. Candidates that qualify for the funding will undergo assessment from both Lithan Academy and Workforce Singapore (WSG)
a. At least 30% local shareholding AND
b. Group annual sales turnover of not more than S$100M OR
c. Group employment size of not more than 200 employees
