Modules Overview

This module will help you to acquire the knowledge and skills to manage, install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade server hardware components.
This module will help you to acquire the knowledge and skills on IT infrastructure and networks used by advanced end-users and entry-level IT professionals.
This module will help you to acquire the knowledge and skills to support and configure Windows desktops in an organisational setting; develop skills on installation, customisation, and updating Windows operating systems; learn about storage, files, and devices; and also learn to configure network connectivity for Windows.
This module will help you to acquire the knowledge and skills on how to plan and implement an operating system deployment strategy using modern deployment methods, also how to implement an update strategy. Learn about technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and how to leverage them to protect devices and data.
This module will help you to acquire the knowledge and skills on the fundamentals of cloud computing concepts, models, and services, such as public, private, and hybrid cloud, in addition to infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS).
This module will help you to acquire the knowledge and skills on how to perform user administration, define basic open source resources and licenses, maintain local storage devices and computer network protocols, manage file permissions and software configurations.
You will learn how to provide excellent IT customer service, communicate to the users, perform problem-solving and case management, as well as analyse different tools, methodologies and technologies used for customer service.
Learners should be able to apply the knowledge and skill which they have acquired in the modules of the qualification course. Learner will go through 4 stages of capstones (Planning, Design, Installation and Support) through 10 milestones project implementation.
    This training programme will also prepare the learners for the following industry certifications:
  • CompTIA Server+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

    Yes, our training programmes are mapped onto the Skills Framework (SFw). This is a national framework that companies are using to develop human resource capabilities that include the development of job profiles, recruitment and interview checklists among many others.
    Our job placement assistance backed by more than 10 years of track record has helped an average of over 500 locals to transit to high-growth digital jobs each year, but we do not guarantee any job placement. We provide assistance that improves your chances of securing your desired digital job.
    We have worked with thousands of hiring companies over the past decade and at any point in time should have more than 100 active hiring companies which consist of both SMEs & MNCs across multiple sectors.
    Some of our employers preferred younger candidates and we also have employers who preferred mature ones. These employers recognised that mature candidates would cherish employment opportunities more than the younger ones and be more responsible and reliable at work.

    Exemption will be on a case-by-case basis but largely for learners who already have the same certifications residing within our programmes.

    Our intakes vary throughout the year. Please register your interest with us to get the details for the latest upcoming intakes.

    The timing of the part-time training sessions is 7pm to 10pm, around 2 to 3 sessions per week. Please take note that there are self-learning components outside the training sessions which need an additional commitment of hours per week.
    Hardware: Intel i5 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM, 500GB HDD. Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7. Application: Microsoft Office 2010, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Newer version of the above specifications is highly recommended.
